The Yale Women’s Center and the women’s crew will jointly host a screening of “A Hero For Daisy.” The 1999 documentary film tells the story of two-time Olympian and Yale rower Chris Ernst ’76 who, with her team, stormed the Yale Athletic Director’s Office to protest the lack of facilities for women’s teams in 1976 — a revolutionary moment in the history of Title IX. The screening is at 7 p.m. tonight at the Women’s Center.
