In an interview with Buzzfeed, Curtis Bakal, a former editor of the Yale Record and classmate of GOP candidate Ben Carson ’73, confirmed Carson’s story about the fake Perspectives 301 exam. Bakal said the Record wrote a fake edition of the News that told the psychology students to take a make-up test because their exams had been burned, just as Carson wrote in his autobiography.
