Master Stephen Pitti sent the following email to Stilesians in anticipation of the Apple Store’s opening tomorrow:

Stilesians-

Some 35 years after its creation in 1976, Apple seemingly realized that its 21st century success would require daily engagement with all of you. And so they located their newest store some 30 feet from our front gate, rejecting the plaintive solicitations of other residential colleges — with their broken windows and older operating systems.

You can welcome them to the neighborhood when they open tomorrow at 10am. I hope you enjoy your new neighbor. They’re fortunate to have you so close at hand!
