Jason Lyall, director of undergraduate studies for Global Affairs and for International Studies, which the new major will replace, said administrators have not yet determined all of the details of the major and will respond to feedback from the roughly 50 sophomores they accept.
  • Concerns over funding financial aid for international studentsat the proposed Yale-National University of Singapore liberal arts college have delayed the release of its budget.
  • A rally on the New Haven Green Wednesday afternoon protested budget cuts to reproductive health programs with slogans like “Keep your rosaries off my ovaries” and “Hey, hey, mister, mister, get your laws off my sister!”
