Princeton received 27,115 applications for next year’s freshman class, according to the Daily Princetonian. This is a 3.3 percent increase from the 26,247 applications Princeton received for the class of 2014.

Princeton joins Brown in reporting a small increase in applicants, while Harvard, Dartmouth and the University of Pennsylvania all saw big jumps in applications – all around 20 percent.

Yale and Cornell are the only two Ivy League schools that have not yet announced the number of applications they received this year.
