It looks as if the weather will be beautiful for Commencement weekend, with sun and highs in the low- to mid-70s, according to forecasts by the National Weather Service.

The greatest chance of rain will be on Sunday afternoon — when Bill Clinton LAW ’73 speaks at Class Day — but even then, the chance is below 25 percent. The skies during last year’s Commencement ceremony were partly cloudy.

UPDATE: Saturday, May 22, 9:30 p.m. The Commencement weekend forecast is looking slightly less pleasant than originally predicted: Heavy cloud cover and temperatures in the mid-60s are expected for Class Day on Sunday, though the chance of rain is still less than 25 percent, according to the National Weather service. Similar conditions are forecast for Commencement activities on Sunday morning. Both events are set to go on rain or shine.
