FOOTBALL | Three Bulldogs are going to try to prove themselves in front of NFL scouts at Yale’s Coxe Cage.

Tight end A.J. Haase ’10, linebacker Travis Henry ’10 and punter Tom Mante ’10 will all be participating in Yale’s NFL Pro Day workouts on March 25.

Haase finished last season with 237 receiving yards and a 15.8 average per reception.

Henry had 27 total tackles in 9 games for the Elis last year.

Mante is the Ivy League’s unanimous first-team punter in 2009 after having 17 punts that landed inside the opponent’s 20 yard line. Mante’s 73-yard punt against Georgetown this past September was two yards short of the Yale record.

NFLDraftScout.com ranks Mante as the 12th best punter in this year’s draft, which starts on April 22.
