Briefly: Muslim/Christian conference held at Yale in July

In late July, Yale hosted a conference for roughly 150 religious leaders to promote dialogue and understanding among Muslims and Christians. The eight-day gathering included small meetings and a set of public presentations, opened by Sen. John Kerry ’66. The conference concluded with a statement affirming shared values and a common hope to build new bridges among Christian and Muslim leaders, said Harold Attridge, Dean of Yale Divinity School.
